We held a general meeting and presented a check to Casa Angelica on August 3rd. Congratulations to our new officers!
Casa Angelica Auxiliary Members, We held our General Meeting at St. Magdalene Hall on Saturday, 8/3.
The purpose of the meeting was to elect and install new officers and to present a check to Casa Angelica for $60,000 toward the installation of the Wee Swing! An additional donation for $10,000 was presented by an anonymous supporter bringing the total toward installation to $70,000! Jim Douglas and Sister Valeria were so grateful and we know the children of Casa Angelica will get so much joy from this swing!
We so appreciate all of you who attended our events over the past year, those who volunteered (Luncheon and Fashion Show in June, Membership Luncheon in March and the Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Show in October) and those who support Casa Angelica and the Auxiliary through your monetary donations and dues.
We are still in need of filling a few leadership positions so please prayerfully consider becoming more involved in the Auxiliary. Come join this list of volunteers:
